Listen Jim...: I'm going to assume FSH and LH are in mIU/mL units. FSH is normal. LH is normal. They're unlikely to be normal in true hypogonadism in a young man. I have no idea what units your testosterone of 4.6 were reported in. If this was ng/dL units, we wouldn't have the decimal point and the reference range is in the 100s for a young man. What did your physician tell you? Demand an answer.
