After a terrible case of laryngitis+bronchitis (treated w atb), my voice is still raspy, hoarse. improved a little, better in the morning but gets worse througout the day (talking). its been almost 3 weeks after infection cleared. is this normal?

As long as the hoarseness has improved your voice should be normalized in time. Yes, I have seen cases which take more than three weeks to recover, especially in smokers or people who use their larynx a lot. At times, a short course of oral steroid may hasten the recovery. Good luck.

Depends on other factors: e.g. Alcohol intake, smoking, throat clearing reflux, voice rest, hydration. If not better in another 2-3 weeks have ENT do endoscopy
