Not yet: This timeline is still consistent with a viral bronchitis and laryngitis. Shooting chest and back pains are nonspecific and not necessarily indicative of more serious infection. Worrisome symptoms would be fever, chills, sweats,heavy cough productive of discolored sputum, sharp chest pain with a deep breath, wheezing and shortness of breath. Any of these symptoms would warrant another examination.
