Your symptoms of neck pain/strain after masturbation is quite unusual. Besides that, you also have premature ejaculation so you will be better served by visiting a urologist or a sexual therapist. Good luck to your marriage.

I do not think your pain/ strain is related to your masturbation. Stop maturbation and just have sex and see if you still get the pain. PE selfdiagnosis could be wrong. If you have it your partner should know and will be able to help you. If not pl see a sex thrapist. Congs on your nuptials
