I have a itchy and poking sensation on my chest, back and shoulders. on those areas i also have a ton of acne and scaring from acne. my skin gets red during these and it happens multiple times a day. heat is a big trigger for these episode. any ideas?

A component of heat urticaria or cholinergic urticaria is suggested by your symptoms and the presence of acne might make it difficult to recognize, it can definitely exacerbate preexisting acne. Start with your primary care doc who can further coordinate in case a dermatologist’s opinion needed.
