Contact dermatitis?: Have you changed laundry detergents or fabric softeners recently? You are describing the itching in areas that are in close contact with your clothes so that would be my first thought. Weather changes, dry skin, harsh soaps can also cause dry itchy skin. If you notice any red bumps or areas of irritation, see your doctor to ensure not scabies or other bites...
