Have NO clue whether you have Fabry's Disease, but this is but one genetic cause of small fiber neuropathy. Glad you have a doctor whose wisdom decided upon a skin punch biopsy. Discuss uncovering causation, as the next step, and depending upon etiology, proceeding toward therapeutic stabilization and improvement.
