Doctors are all lost i have muscle burning but no weakness..in my legs and arms ...a lot of tests normal...including skin biopsy for nueropathy neg-?

Drug reaction?: Too many facts missing from the story, but myalgias ( muscle pains) are caused by many medications including beta blockers like atenolol, benzodiazepines like Klonopin (clonazepam) and even fish oils. In a young person, there are a lot less possibilities to consider so a good clinician should be able to make a diagnosis. If in doubt, go see a rheumatologist.
