I am 24 year old man. I have almond sized lymph nodes all over my body. My CBC levels are just above low in the borderline normal range. Mono, EBV, HIV, and many of tests came back negative. Should I get a biopsy or bone marrow test? Please Help.
I did 2 CBC test, one on 11.17.2020 & the other on 04.07 2021 both gave me very high elevated ALT (sgpt) reading 65ul. Neg hep B&C, pos hep A. Neg hiv at 9 months. I was exposed to hiv & hepatitis viruses over 10 months ago. I don't smoke or drink?
