I am 24 year old man. I have almond sized lymph nodes all over my body. My CBC levels are just above low in the borderline normal range. Mono, EBV, HIV, and many of tests came back negative. Should I get a biopsy or bone marrow test? Please Help.
I did 2 CBC test, one on 11.17.2020 & the other on 04.07 2021 both gave me very high elevated ALT (sgpt) reading 65ul. Neg hep B&C, pos hep A. Neg hiv at 9 months. I was exposed to hiv & hepatitis viruses over 10 months ago. I don't smoke or drink?
I have CBC test where monocytes are high, liver enzymes ALT high; also EBV IgG positive, CMV IgG positive CMV IgM normal.. Hiv negative at 32 weeks.
Feeling unwell for 6 mos now w/ neck pain but neg in HIV & normal CBC. What other screening tests I can undergo to rule out diseases & pinpoint cause?
5 Negative HIV tests till 9 months after last exposure, still swollen lymph nodes only in neck for 4 months with normal cbc test ?
