Feeling unwell: HIV infection or blood disease aren't the first diseases to commonly rule out, unless there is a risk factor. If you feel unwell for sometime, we need to exclude more common health problems as metabolic disorders (e.g. thyroid disease, pre-diabetes/diabetes), cardiovascular, liver, kidney, arthritis, auto-immune, etc..Your best bet is to see an experienced internist for proper evaluation, goodluck

Don't guess!: You will need a comprehensive physical exam to include aCBC,metabolic profile, thyroid profile and female hormone levels. Do not just do a "variety of tests"- all tests must be correlated with a physical exam.
