Longer discussion: Hi Kristy, The quick answer: kidneys mostly deal with hydration and fluid status. Pancreas is one of the many organs that deals with blood sugar management. I'm not sure what to say about the fluctuation blood sugars, shortness of breath and hypertension you mentioned without more details.
