After 4 mounths post op stent placement in right thigh and ballon in left, i have a good pulse in left and none to very week in right with sorness and weakness starting again in both upper parts of legs??

You probably had the procedures done for the external iliac arteries. If the current symptoms are almost the same before the procedures, the arteries are likely re-stenosed, i.e. failed intervention, so you need to see the interventional cardiologist or vascular surgeon who did the procedures. Good luck.
