Left lower leg is swolen and discoloured. there is a good pedal pulse, and no pain. venous dopler done one year ago showed good circulation. radio frequency ablation surgery showed no varicose veins. the left leg is still swollen?

Left leg swollen.: There are many causes of unilateral leg swelling. If the venous doppler is normal then the next step would be a CTA with a venous phase or an MRI to look for iliac vein compression. See a vascular surgeon or vein specialist.
