57yr m/cml2006/sprycel 7/2013-3/8/23.adhd w/hyper.lost everything! cant find shrink/no onc. wbc 1/31/23-5.1,wbc-3/20-8.9/rbcdwn,pltsdwn,hemodwn(since no spryc) how long til im free? how much will i hurt/suffer til then? have plnty pain meds. im tired?

You don't mention how anemic you are or how low your platelets are. Significant anemia causes marked fatigue. I recommend that you call the social service department at your local hospital to get help in finding a hematologist oncologist that will treat you and obtain a psychiatric appointment.
