Nothing serious: Taking one extra pill on one day would not make any difference as these drugs have been used at higher doses with minimal increase in toxicity but only when taken at higher dose continuously. But in her case with one extra dose, I do not expect any problems. So she can relax and forget about it. be careful in future.
