Most experts agree the HIV AgAb ("4th generation") blood tests are conclusive 6 weeks after the last dose of PEP, although a few might recommend 3 months. For sure your negative result at 135 days is conclusive; you don't have HIV. Herpes zoster (shingles) is common in people without HIV and rarely is a clue about HIV infection.
