Dear doctor, does pep affect 4th genration test, i tested 106 days after last dose of pep, i just need to know that my result are conclusive or not because of pep?

PEP will not affect the detection of HIV genetic material in the 4th generation test for HIV. If the tests were negative, then you do not have HIV. Make sure you avoid this anxiety by using condoms correctly every time you have intercourse.

I was diagnosed as low risk. I took 4th gen test on the day I finished PEP and on day 34 (together with NAT). The results were non-reactive. The doctor asked me to test again at day 89 to confirm the case. My question is how reliable my prior tests?
