I had a risky exposure 116 days ago, i took pep for 28 days, i tested with 4th gen test after46 day post pep/76 post exposure, another 4th gen test, 86 days post pep/116 days post exposure, both test non reactive, are these test conclusive ?

Yes. You do not have HIV from the exposure 116 days ago. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
