My wife has been having dizzy (she keeps saying a head rush) symptoms. she just had a blood test (#2) and her nrbc came back high (55) not 5.5 or .55 but 55. she looks and feels fine. is this a problem?

Your statement is conflict. Your wife does not look or feel fine if she has had dizziness. I assume NRbc is nucleated red blood count. Nucleated RBC of 55 is quite abnormal so she definitely needs to be evaluated by a hematologist. I wonder if anything else abnormal in her complete blood count (CBC) besides the high RNBC. Good luck to your wife.
