If all else was normal on your echocardiogram, mild tricuspid regurgitation shouldn't cause symptoms, require treatment or follow-up-or need any restrictions on physical activities.

The one anomaly you mention is compatible with a long healthy life with no restrictions based on that factor. It is really best for you to discuss these findings and all of your other concerns with the doc who knows your full history and exam findings.
