I was just prescribed omeprazole for a hiatal hernia. i also take adderall xr for adhd. will the omeprazole make my adhd meds less effective or wear off faster. i am a little concerned?

No, the effectiveness of your Adderall will likely remain unchanged on omeprazole. The decrease in stomach acid from the omeprazole actually can make Adderall slightly stronger.
