Just received an 80mg shot of kenalog (triamcinolone) for annual hay fever maintenance.(1 a year)will this interfere with my ability to donate plasma?

Unlikely but...: Kenalog (triamcinolone) injections are no longer the standard of care for treating allergies (not since 1970s). There are many sides effects, some irreversible, from big injections of steroids. For appropriate treatment of allergies seek an up to date opinion from a board certified allergist.

Should be ok but: Check with the donor center ahead of time to be certain.... And regarding your hay fever there are better treatments than an 80 mg kenalog (triamcinolone) injection.
