Can kenalog (triamcinolone) injection affect menstrual cycle? if so, for how long after injection was given? one month or more?

Usually not: Kenalog (triamcinolone) is a steroid that usually doesn't effect your periods. It doesn't effect the hormones that regulate your menstrual cycle.

Very unlikely: In fact, we use long-acting glucocorticoids to treat several types of abnormal menstruation for certain conditions. Do you have an additional concern, such as the risk of pregnancy or ability to achieve pregnancy in the face of your kenalog (triamcinolone) injection?
