A member asked:

Echocardiogram of heart , radiologist wrote cannot exclude thrombus/mass. does this imply there is something there but is unsure . should further imaging tests be needed since there is no diagnosis from the report . i am 43 year old female in shape?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The wording implies the study was not adequate to be sure of these factors. That can imply that the study quality was poor and did not provide images of an area that the doc requested a comment. The interpretation for you is best done by the doc who ordered the study that will decide if it was enough or more is needed.
