20 year old female, symptoms of anemia. iron 179, iron binding capacity 338, iron saturation 53, hematocrit 35.8, hemoglobin 12.6, rbc 3.99. not bleeding currently and havent, what does this mean?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are within normal limits and are not a cause for concern. Your symptoms require a different explanation as you are not anemic. Wish you good health!
