A member asked:

What causes a recurrent rash in the private area that does not blister/make open sores, hurt or itch and goes away in a day? just red spots?

It could be from wearing underpants that are too tight, allergic from detergent, sweat from exercise and area not washed completely. Try an antibacterial soap when washing, if no results see an dermatologist.

Recurrent rash in the "private area..." as noted is usually from minor skin irritations from common fungal and or bacterial co-habitants of moist/warm and cosey areas of the body. Careful, focused Personal Hygiene , including frequent washing of beddings, towels, under-wears and similar items can help limit the frequent recurrences.
