Yesterday my right testicle rotated to a weird position and caused mild discomfort. i was able to put it back in place naturally. no swelling, color change, vomiting, fever, etc. no cremasteric reflex in either testicle, not sure if i had it before?

It is hard to say in retropspect. Could have been a partial torsion. Best is to wear a good support underwear. If this recurs with pain pl go to an ER / urgent care to get checked out right away
