Testicle torsion: Almost always associated with very severe pain of sudden onset ; absent cremasteric reflex (not always)also testicle lies high in swollen scrotum ; very tender all over.Can also be associated with low abdominal pain ; vomiting.Torsion of appendix testis usually less pain ; localized on top of testis ; tenderness is localised. Intermittent testis torsion painful whilst twisted, but pain goes srteno.
