No, probably not. It is possible that especially severe immune deficiency might increase the chance of progression to cancer, such as AIDS, other advanced cancers, and so on. In outwardly healthy people, a "strong" or weaker immune system makes no difference.

It is not that simple. Immune system is complex and not fully understood and controlled. But in an oversimplistic sense it can be true
