How does some people doesn't get cancer from oncogenic strains of virus, is there immune system, healthy lifestyle is responsible for that?

Duplicate question, see other reply. The large majority of high risk (oncogenic) HPV infections do not progress to cancer. Healthy lifestyle makes no difference in the likelihood of cancer due to HPV. If not yet infected, vaccination against HPV is the most effective prevention. Otherwise, regular Pap smears in women. Then don't worry about it.
