What if my hdl cholesterol is 47? is it bad n what can i do to make it better ? should i be worried?

The level of 47 is low, normal starts at 54. It is best not to have low HDL, the higher the better because it is the "good cholesterol" and actally benefits you. You can raise it with being ideal weight and exersizing regularly. Also the medication rosuvastatin can increase it.
