Hematoma: Hi! it is possible that you had a hematoma (a collection of blood and clot) after surgery that just opened and drained after the bowel movement. If you have nothing further and no symptoms (fever especially) there is no cause for concern, but if you are having other symptoms or fever, pain, etc. Call your doctor. Dr brown.
