Lactose intolerance doesn't cause such a problem. However, if you have increased intestinal motility and transit time -- which could occur if you accidentally have some lactose in your diet -- that could result in increase fat content in stool. Even without rapid transit, occasional high fat in stool isn't necessarily abnormal. Discuss with your doctor; or perhaps see a gastroenterologist.
