Can fat malabsorption make my stools smoky? even in warm temperature, there is a steam coming out.

No: Stool in fat malabsorption tends to float and be greasy (besides smelly)- on the lighter side it will not smoke unless you light a match to it :). Seriously, I have never heard of smoking stool before and would be very curious on the cause for it.
