Can you get rabies from swimming? i went cave diving and got cut on rock. later noticed there were some bats in the upper corner of the cave, but nowhere near me, but was in water they were near. should i get vaccine?

The chances of contracting rabies from water is unlikely even with an open wound, the disease is usually transmitted in the saliva from a bite from an infected animal. If you remain concerned please go and be tested.

If the bats were rabid and bit you, then you would be at risk. Rabies does not develop from swimming with a recent cut.
