Can i take a 2 mg valium with tyneol pm i took the pm bout 2 hours ago ?

The Tylenol PM has Benadryl in it that can cause sedation. It is not a good idea to mix that with another medicine that can be sedating, like Valium. You could end up so sedated that your breathing slows to dangerous levels. You should call your doctor if you are having a lot of insomnia. Good luck to you!

It has to do with goals and current symptoms being treated. Always take meds as prescribed, let your prescribers know if you are taking over the counter meds. If treating only insomnia not a good combo in the long run, if needing something for pain, Tylenol would suffice (not pm).
