Yes: B"sd yes, - some concern NSAID med like advil (ibuprofen) may result in higher levels of glipizide and lower blood sugar. Do not think this is too likely to be a problem. My main concern would be use of glipizide and other sulfonylureas which in long run increase heart attack risk by ~20%. Usually we have better options for diabetes patients - glad to discuss
