Yes, within limits : Using these together is okay as long as the tylenol (acetaminophen) is plain tylenol (acetaminophen) -- without additional CNS depressants (like codeine, etc) in it. Valium can made you feel sleepy and dizzy. Recommended maximum dose of tylenol (acetaminophen) over a 24 hour period is four grams (4000 mg) or eight extra-strength pills. Regular strength tylenol (acetaminophen) = 325mg/pill; extra strength = 500mg/pill. Don't drink alcohol with this.
