Yes, you can: There is no contraindications or interactions between these to drugs. Also it would be good to alternate Vicodin with Tylenol (acetaminophen) for acute pain management. If concerned, get more information from the treating physician.

Yes: Should be fine. Recommend not too take too much tylenol (acetaminophen) pm and vicodin together. Recommended Max does of tylenol (acetaminophen) is 3000mg daily.

Yes: You need to be aware that chronic, seemingly normal (3000 to 4000mg) doses of Tylenol (acetaminophen) can cause liver damage. You should always use caution when combining sleep aids with with pain medication which could cause excessive sedation.
