I have tested hsv-1 igg 22.5. and i had no symptoms or outbreaks ever. so not i sure its oral or genital. my wife is negative. i am asymptomatic, can i still take prophalytic dose to atleast suppress the transmission to her as viral shedding occurs?

This will have to be your last question, or at least my last answer. The answer is no; there is no need for you to take anti-HSV drugs.
