All people hand palms are clearly white irrespective of their color but my hand palm is always red with small black dots all over the palm pls share what is the reason it looks like that?

Never heard of this but I would google palm spots and look at images to see if you can match up. Then show two your Dr if you have not.

Most commonly described in liver disease, palmar erythema or palmar redness can be seen in a variety of other congenital and acquired conditions. Best would be to have your palms examined by your primary doc in order to clarify, other explanations/conditions remain possible.
