today my fingers have swollen a lot on both hand for no reason took a benydryl but the swelling hasn't gone down, they're red and itchy. what can it be?

Swollen fingers: There are many causes of swollen fingers but i would see a rheumatologist or a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis nd treatment.
