You should see an allergist for allergy testing to find out what you are allergic to. This will help determine if the hives have an allergic etiology. Other things can also cause hives like viruses, stress, temperature changes, etc. But, the allergy testing can help narrow down the diagnosis so that treatment can be given. Good luck!
