Hello had sex on feb 16th had for test rpr done at 14 days negative did another rpr test at 61 days negative. i took dexco prep 100 mg 8 to 10 hrs after sex for five days 200 mg a day dr said after 8 weeks no need to retest ? can someone please help?

Your negative RPR at 61 days is conclusive proof you did not catch syphilis. There is no need to retest. (I don't know what "dexco" is, but "dexo" is a brand of doxycycline. If that's what you took, it prevented syphilis and there was no point in even testing for it.)
