I am trying to drain some fluid from my middle ear that's been so stuck there since a severe cold i had in december. i can't see anyone for a months just want some advice on how i can get this gunk out and silence the hissing it's causing?

This would be very dangerous for you to do this yourself. You risk puncturing your ear drum and causing a lot more pain, infection, etc. Perhaps call the ENT doctor and see if there is any way of getting seen emergently. Good luck to you!
