Best: is to keep drainage "tubes"(Eustacian tubes) open with a combination of nasal spray (EG: Neosynephrine) plus oral decongestant (Phenylephrine) ASK YOUR PHARMACIST FOR RECOMMENDATIONS Hope this is helpful....remember the old saying "If you do NOT treat a cold it will last for 7 days..if you treat it it will only last a week" Hope this is helpful!
