He is relatively young for that condition which is likely urge incontinence. If he is otherwise healthy with normal annual exam he should practice 2 things for combating this condition: timed voiding (bladder training) and pelvic floor exercises (Kegels). Good luck.

If leaking and peeing often does one bother him I would think not, Ask about family history or prostrate caner and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
