Best is to see a Urologist. It could be caused by many things and cant be diagnosed without being seen. In the meantime make sure he is not constipated and is drinking some water.

There could be a blockage, so it is best to see a urologist now to avoid more problems. Enlarged prostate gland, or medications could be the problem.
