Stomach issues because the Body is crying for - healthy Natural Balanced Foods with proportional Protein/Carbohydrate/Fat. Fatigue & chronic low vitamins because of Malnutrition - due to Eating much Processed and Artificially flavored foods. Best Consult US Dept of Health Dietary Guideline 2020-2025
