Very unusual but:: Milk has small amounts of B1,B2,Calcium, is fortified with Vit D and has trace amounts of other vits but it's unlikely it has enough of any of those to have such a dramatic effect. Many people are deficient in Vit D and that can cause aches, but people need at least 2000 iu of D a day to reverse deficiency; a cup of milk has just 100 iu.Try a good mulitvit. like ONE Mulitvit. by Pure Encapsulations.
